Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how Non Gamstop Casinos works, what you can expect from the information on this site, and what we expect from anyone using it. By browsing soccerclub.uk or following a link to any casino featured here, you accept the terms set out below. If anything is unclear, our Contact Us page is the quickest way to reach us.

What this site is and isn't

Non Gamstop Casinos is an independent information and comparison site covering Curaçao casinos not on GamStop and related products such as slots not on GamStop and betting sites not on GamStop. We do not operate a casino, hold player funds, process bets, or act as a gambling operator in any capacity. Every brand named on this site, including those under Non Gamstop Casinos: Top Rated Curaçao Sites, is a separate legal entity that we do not control and cannot be held responsible for. Registering, depositing or playing at any listed site forms a contract between you and that operator, not between you and us.

Age and eligibility

This site and the operators we cover are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Nothing on soccerclub.uk is intended for, or should be accessed by, anyone under this age. If you are unsure whether gambling with a Curaçao-licensed operator is appropriate for your circumstances, please read our page on Responsible Gambling before proceeding. You are responsible for checking that gambling with a non-GamStop operator is something you are legally and personally able to do from your location.

How our ratings and rankings work

Our editorial ratings, including the scores shown next to Betmica, Kikibet, Betninja and every other brand listed, reflect our own research into licensing information, game selection, payment options, bonus terms and general site usability at the time of review. Ratings are a snapshot, not a guarantee of ongoing standards. Operators change their terms, game libraries and promotions regularly, and we cannot promise that every detail remains accurate after publication. Always check the current terms directly on the operator's own site before depositing.

We do not accept payment in exchange for a higher position or rating. Commercial relationships, including affiliate commission, never determine where a brand appears in our tables.

Affiliate links and commercial disclosure

Non Gamstop Casinos earns commission when readers click through to a featured casino and register an account. This is how we fund the research and upkeep of this site. It does not cost you anything extra, and it does not affect the order or content of our reviews. Where an offer is shown, such as Betmica's welcome offer or Kikibet's deposit match, the figures and any wagering, minimum deposit or free spin conditions attached to it belong to the operator and are subject to change without notice to us. We are not responsible for discrepancies between an offer as described here and as applied on the operator's site — always confirm current terms before you commit funds.

Bonuses, promotions and the numbers behind them

Welcome bonuses, free spins and cashback percentages referenced on this site (for example, Zombillion's 250% package or Rivo's cashback offer) are supplied by the operators themselves. All bonuses carry conditions such as wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions and expiry windows, and these can differ significantly between operators. We present headline figures as a starting point for comparison only. We do not guarantee that any bonus will be honoured exactly as displayed, and any dispute over bonus terms should be raised with the operator or its licensing authority directly, not with Non Gamstop Casinos.

No advice, no guarantee

Content on this site is for general information only. It is not financial, legal or gambling advice, and nothing here should be read as a recommendation that you will win money, recover losses, or achieve any particular outcome. Gambling involves financial risk. Decisions about whether, where and how much to gamble are entirely yours.

Local law and GamStop

GamStop is the UK's national self-exclusion scheme for operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. The Curaçao-licensed sites featured on soccerclub.uk sit outside that scheme, which is why they remain accessible to players who have self-excluded through GamStop. We do not advise for or against using these sites — we simply report on what is available and how each operator compares. If you have previously self-excluded, we'd encourage you to review the guidance on our Responsible Gambling page before deciding how to proceed. Anyone using a Curaçao-licensed operator remains subject to that operator's own terms and the consumer protections attached to its licence, which differ from those under a UK Gambling Commission licence.

Accuracy and updates

We make a reasonable effort to keep casino details, offers and ratings current, and this page was last checked on 11 September 2026. However, the gambling industry moves quickly — operators launch, close, rebrand or change their terms without warning. We reserve the right to amend this site's content, including reviews, rankings and these terms, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of soccerclub.uk after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Non Gamstop Casinos accepts no liability for losses, damages or disputes arising from your use of this site or from your dealings with any third-party operator we mention. This includes, without limitation, financial losses from gambling, disputes over bonus terms, account restrictions imposed by an operator, or delays in withdrawals. Our role is limited to providing independent commentary and comparison; it does not extend to guaranteeing the conduct of any casino listed.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, ratings and original graphics on soccerclub.uk belong to Non Gamstop Casinos unless otherwise credited. You're welcome to link to our pages, but reproducing our content elsewhere without permission isn't allowed.
